Logan City Roleplay values and respects the privacy of the people we deal with. Logan City Roleplay is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and other applicable privacy laws and regulations.

The personal information we collect about you depends on how it was collected ether through our bot or what you choose to share with us through ether DM's or via tickets.

• Discord Username & ID.

• Roblox Username, Profile Link & ID.

• Account Join & Creation Date.

• Google Email Address.

How do we collect your personal information?

We collect your personal information directly from you when you:

• Using any of our services that log certain information given to us by you

• Apply for an position within the staff team.

• Becoming a member of management and/or directive.

• Being a leader of a department or a high ranked personnel.

• Receiving an infraction, demotion or promotion within the staff team.

• Receiving feedback as a member of staff.

How do we use your personal information?

At Logan City Roleplay, we do not collect, store, or use your personal information for any purpose. Any data shared (such as your Discord & Robux username or ID) is solely used to for your position in ether the SHR team or department leader, staff adjustments, and community engagement, and is never distributed or used outside of this context.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties

We do not share, sell, or disclose any personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Your privacy and trust are extremely important to us, and we are committed to maintaining confidentiality across all areas of our community.

How do we protect your personal information?

We take privacy seriously. Server moderation tools and bot commands are designed to only access necessary information (e.g., Discord IDs for moderation). Our staff is trained to handle data responsibly, and access is strictly limited to those with appropriate permissions.

Retention of personal information

We do not retain any personal information beyond what is automatically available through Discord or Roblox. Data such as moderation logs or feedback is kept only as long as necessary for community safety, and is never stored externally unless for internal use (e.g., staff adjustment logs).

How to access and correct your personal information

Since we don’t collect or store personal information beyond what Discord or Roblox provides, there is an external database of this sort of data. Moreover, if you believe your information is incorrect or have any concerns, you can contact our server management team via a support ticket.
