Logan City Roleplay respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how we protect it, and how you can access or correct it.
1. Personal Information We Collect
The personal information we collect about you depends on how it was collected ether through our bot or what you choose to share with us through ether DM's or via tickets.
The personal information we collect about you may include:
Discord Username & ID.
Roblox Username, Profile Link & ID.
Account Join & Creation Date.
Google Email Address.
We only collect this information when it is reasonably necessary for the operation of our community, including:
Managing memberships and roles
Processing staff and leadership applications
Recording infractions and staff adjustments
Supporting community engagement and moderation
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you:
Apply for staff or leadership roles
Interact with moderation systems (e.g. tickets, infractions)
Engage with bots and Discord/Roblox integrations
If we receive unsolicited personal information, we will delete or de-identify it unless it is reasonably necessary for our activities (APP 4).
3. Use of Information
We collect and use your personal information only for the purposes described in this policy, such as:
Managing staff, leadership, and community roles
Recording infractions and staff adjustments
Responding to support requests
Maintaining the integrity and safety of our community
We will not use your personal information for direct marketing unless you have given explicit consent.

We do not share, sell, or disclose any personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Your privacy and trust are extremely important to us, and we are committed to maintaining confidentiality across all areas of our community. Furthermore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure privacy protections equivalent to the APPs (APP 8).

We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we collect is accurate, up to date, and complete.
Staff are trained in privacy requirements
Access is restricted to those who need it
Moderation tools and bots only access necessary information
If you notice any of your information is out of date (e.g. a changed username), you may request correction at any time.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this policy.
For example:
Moderation logs may be retained for 12 months, after which they are deleted or de-identified unless required for ongoing investigations.
We securely delete or de-identify information that is no longer required.
7. Access and Correction
You have the right to request access to, or correction of, your personal information.
You can do this by submitting a Directive ticket
We will respond within 30 days
Direct access will not be given however a member of directive you provide what the final change is for approval.
8. Complaints
If you believe we have breached your privacy, you may lodge a complaint by submitting a support ticket addressed to the Management Team.
We will investigate and respond within 30 days
9. Updates to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated via Discord announcements or on our website
The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page
