In-game Rules

Here is the list of our in-game rules! Please follow at all times or be at risk of moderation.

R1: - RDM (Random Death Match)

RDM is intentionally killing another player without justification for said RDM, as such: “He walked up to me and killed me in the middle of my traffic stop!” (One RDM is considered a warning, and mass is a ban)

R2: - VDM (Vehicle Death Match)

VDM in ERLC is intentionally ramming another user's vehicle without the intention to roleplay such actions or cause general annoyance server-wide or to a particular player(s). (First time offence is a warning, mass is a kick)

R3: - Evading Staff

Evading staff, knowing they wish to speak to you about a moderation-related issue, is a kick.

R4: - Roleplay Motions:

Failing to roleplay motions for rifle, shotguns or sniper weapons that sit in a medium to large range, you must say “-slings” or “-gg”. When arresting someone as a police officer, you are required to say “-cuffs” within 3 seconds of making the arrest. WL police do not need to follow if they use pepper spray or a taser.

R5: - Realistic Avatars

Every Roblox user is required to wear a standard style block Roblox avatar with realistic skin tones. Headless and Korblox avatars are permitted for use. This includes no use of small avatars, animal avatars or such that aren’t block

R6: - Liveries & Uniforms

Players must use our in-game uniforms. Outside uniforms are not permitted unless authorised by a whitelisted Department leader. Every player must use a Queensland Police, Queensland Fire, Queensland Ambulance livery and uniform when conducting roleplay.

R7: - Fear Roleplay

When roleplaying, you are required to act out in fear when a weapon is pointed at you, more extended(longer) range doesn’t require such. Close up with any weapon, you must act out in fear.

R8: - FRP (Fail To Roleplay)

Users must act in a role-play manner that meets typical real-life functions. For example, exiting your car and then getting into someone else’s is almost impossible when the police have you blocked in. Jumping into another vehicle to flee isn’t allowed if the other car isn’t 25 cars away or one and a half streets away.

R8.1: - Water RPing

Using any water source as a means to escape is allowed, but using it as a means to kill your Roblox character isn’t permitted if conducted intentionally.

R8.2: - Jumping In Combat

Players must not jump while in active combat and may only jump if the character is stuck or a game object is bugging the player's character.

R9: - NLR (New Life Rule)

When roleplaying, players are required to follow the NLR rule, which means they must not return to a scene where you were killed. Or you’ve ended the roleplay by declaring through words or actions.

R10: - Cuffing & Arresting

Players may cuff users as long as they follow through with a valid reason used by real-life Queensland police to detain or arrest a person of interest (POI)

R11: - Safe Zones

Safe zones are typically spawn zones or designated areas, such as the inner section of the gun store, specifically the part where weapons (firearms/guns) can be purchased. LCRP recognises these places as safe zones, and moderation is enforced upon such zones.

  • Police & Sheriff Station

  • FD/EMS Station one & two

  • Civilian Spawn

  • Inner section of gun store

R12: - Proper Roleplay

The PPR rule is a rule made to enforce moderation action against such users who do not conduct themself in the following:

  • Roleplay all crashes above 30MPH if a player is on the fire/medical department team

  • Fleeing and not attempting to roleplay proper traffic stops. Users must stop unless they’re wanted persons with a violent offence history against police within 25 minutes of their first violent crime committed.

  • Not attempting to use other items such as “knife”, “baseball”, “hammer” and resorting to firearms at every scene. Players who actively engage in this style will be issued a warning, followed by a kick if the actions continues.

  • Resorting only to robbery or massive crime roleplay, players will be required to commit minor offences every so often and not use weapons or firearms when breaking “laws”. Players should instead use their fists or use a spray can to break minor “laws” instead of resorting to major crime roleplay.

R13: - NITRP (No intention to roleplay)

NITRP refers to a player who actively trolls or stirs drama around the server. This can involve crashing frequently or attempting to avoid roleplays when participating in actions that create scenes considered roleplaying.

R14: - Discord Requirement

Members who are not yet inside the Logan City Roleplay Discord server must be required to join. Staff will perform Discord checks. Players who aren’t of the age to join Discord may continue as is, but are not permitted to get priority roleplay permissions. (Hostage etc)

R15: - Moderation Enforcement Powers

LCRP Game moderation team or anyone with in-game permissions may enforce rules not listed or actively enforced often if they deem it is to correct player behaviours that are disturbing server functions or stability.

R15.1: - Moderators Say

Moderators have the final say. If they tell you not to do something you are not allowed to do it, you will be moderated. If you believe this was unfair or biased moderation, contact IA.

R15.2: - Lying To Staff

If users are caught lying to staff, they may face more severe moderation against their account, as lying to a moderator counts as two warnings.

R16: - Tool functions & TMR (DOT) Roadworks

Players must limit their tools and consider how they can affect the functions. Mass tools create lag more noticeably on lower-end devices around built-up areas. Every player who places down a tool (Such as Witches' hats or speed bumps) must limit the number and avoid creating a spammed area of tools.

R16.1: - TMR (DOT)

TMR (DOT) players must limit their roadworks and refrain from placing them along major roads, near any spawn locations, or on primary roadways, such as Freedom Avenue or Riverside Drive.

R17: - GTA Driving

Players who actively GTA drive will be met with a kick. Once kicked for GTA driving, you may not return to the server for at least one hour.
