You can check this page to see if any weapons are locked or banned in-game.

The Logan City directive has implemented restrictions on certain weapons across all teams to enhance the roleplay experience. To check if a weapon is restricted, refer to the sections below. Each section contains two tables: one listing only restricted weapons and another displaying all weapons, both restricted and unrestricted. A checkmark in the 'Status' column indicates that a weapon is available for use. If a weapon is restricted, specific details will be provided in the 'Information' column.
