Feedback Policy
Here is our rules when it comes to feedback.
Here at Logan City we value the feedback that is given to us by members of the community to our staff team. But there are rules on what you can and cannot send as feedback towards them. If you have been found to sending feedback that breaks our rules the feedback will be deleted and you will be moderated.
Acceptable Feedback
The following types of feedback are encouraged:
Constructive Criticism Feedback should focus on actions, behaviours, or outcomes not personal traits. It should include suggestions for improvement.
Positive Reinforcement Acknowledge and praise good work, collaboration, or efforts.
Specific and Objective Comments Focus on specific situations, outcomes, or behaviours, avoiding generalizations.
Respectful Tone Use professional language and maintain a courteous and respectful tone.
Examples of Acceptable Feedback
"I appreciate how you handled my ticket it was clear and professional."
"Next time, it might help to clarify what rule I broke and how I broke it."
Unacceptable Feedback
The following are not permitted and will be addressed formally if observed:
Personal Attacks Any feedback that targets someone's character, identity, or appearance.
Vague or Non-Actionable Comments General negativity without context or suggestion (e.g., "You're just bad at this").
Hostile or Aggressive Language Yelling, insults, sarcasm, or threatening language.
Discriminatory or Offensive Remarks Any comments based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
Examples of Unacceptable Feedback
"You always screw things up."
"That was dumb—why would you even do it like that?"
Reporting Inappropriate Feedback
If any staff member receives feedback that violates this policy, they are encouraged to:
Take note of who sent the feedback.
Report the issue to a IA ticket.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in:
Feedback removal
Moderation action
Blacklist from this service
