Store Policy

Here is our stores policy that all members of our community must follow at all times. Failure to follow will result in a ban from using it.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes:

• @everyone / @here ping ads

• No-ping ads

• Premium Membership

• Priority Queue Access (paid feature)

2. Paid Services

The following are considered paid items:

• Ping Ads: Allows use of @everyone or @here

• No-Ping Ads: Ads without any mentions

• Premium Membership: Grants extra perks, faster service

• Priority Queue: Puts your ad/giveaway first in line

Access is only granted after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery Time

You will receive your role or service within 24 hours of purchase (usually much faster).

4. Submitting Ads

Make sure your ad is ready, appropriate, and follows our server rules. Ads that don’t meet the criteria won’t be posted.

5. No-Ping Ads

These are posted without tagging @everyone or @here. Ideal for low-key promotions.

6. Behaviour & Fair Use

Any of the following will lead to blacklisting and/or Product Removal from your account without refund:

• Attempting chargebacks

• Scamming or false claims

• Breaking server rules

• Abusing premium or queue perks

7. Inactive Services

Logan City Roleplay holds the right to remove the use of services that we deem are Inactive this is focused towards the use of Paid Offices. To decrease the amount of channels and categories that we have within the server all inactive Paid Offices that were claimed by perks or paid outright will be deleted from the server if found to be unused for longer then 3 Months. Users who have access to the perk of a custom office is eligible to request the office to be remade only if it will be in use and not inactive.
